Right of withdrawal
The buyer may withdraw from the contract declaration within 30 days without giving any reason in writing (e.g., letter, email) or, if the item is provided before the deadline, by returning the item.
The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final good, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal or the item in a timely manner.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who are not nationals of a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of concluding the contract.
